Bought a home in 2013.
We had issues with misrepresentation of the property we planned to buy and John tromped through the woods to figure out where the boundaries were and how it would effect us. He spent a lot of time researching the issue and renegotiating it to try and help us become more comfortable with the decision we had to make. It was a very stressful time but he got us through it and got us a good deal.

Making the purchase of our new home from out of state, John handled all of the details and kept us informed on the progress of the sale. He did an outstanding job and we would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in San Antonio, TX.
I had been working a very erratic work schedule, and he was extremely flexible with meeting me at odd times throughout the week and weekend. He always came well prepared with the properties to be seen and a plan of which order would be best to see them. He also made a point to know the properties, who was selling them, and any other details that would be pertinent. He humored me in seeing several of the properties multiple times, and worked with me on both offers I made. In the end, if I had to buy another house, I would likely go through him, and have already mentioned him to others who were considering buying a hosue.

Let me first start off by saying John really knows his stuff, from start to finish, he was there guiding my wife and I through the steps to purchasing our home. He never missed a beat, returned my calls very promptly if he was unable to answer right away (very rarely), and made us feel like we was his number one priority........even though he had other customers. I personally think there could not have been a better agent to help out with home buying in the San Antonio area than John. Even after the whole process of buying, John has even become a friend of the family, now if that's not a good quality in an agent I don't know what is. I would like to thank John for all his hard work, and I know it could be rough with someone like me, who asked a million questions and sent a ton of emails, text messages, and phone calls........Great agent, good guy, someone you need on your side when buying a home.

My hat's of to John. It did not take but a brief interview and John was off and running to find the right home for me to view. His expertise and knowledge of the San Antonio area and the willingness to provide guidance of where the better choices for the right home for me clearly demonstrated that I had made the best selection of realtor to represent me.
Based on his insight gathered during our interview, John not only provided well planned routes for viewing homes but also suggested options of other homes of interest. His promptness to answer all inquiries made were quickly handled in the most professional manner.
John's keen sense of responsibility to his clients is "second to none". He left nothing to chance and is first to negotiate the right deal on my behave. He persists to making sure that you as his client rate priority for assuring a win win situation.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in San Antonio, TX.
From day one, John was very aggresive in his plan on selling my home. He walked me through the process on what I should expect and was very responsive to all my questions (no matter what time of day). He was very courteous and made me feel more like family then just a client. After just a short time, my house is under contract to be sold and is scheduled for closing already... THANKS TO JOHN AND ALL HIS EXPERTISE!

Helped me rent a home.
He is a great Realtor, he was recommended by a friend's brother and he has exceeded my expectations. Not only was he professional and very helpful, he also helped me find a place to rent very quickly. He responded quickly to my emails and calls and even worked outside normal business hours to fit my schedule. I will continue to go to him in the future when looking for housing
