Given such good reviews I was surprised at how poorly my interactions and house sale went with Gina. I'll try and stick to the facts. She authorized the buyers to come and stroll around the house and freak themselves out about the AC not working. The AC was fine, and when she then authorized some HVAC person to come and check it out they found that they had to just flip the AC switch to 'on' (which is something I said in an email). Then she said I'd have to absorb the cost of the HVAC person! Also, this was on the day of the closing which had already been postponed. Furthermore, on the day of the closing, not only did she fail to show up or be in contact at all, she said that she didn't have my number so she couldn't contact me for all this HVAC nonsense etc. I have a voicemail from her, along with a text to her with my phone number in it. It's ok if she lost my phone number (not great since she's my agent after all, but mistakes happen), but to then blame me AND say I have to pay for some junk that she did because she couldn't contact me? Not very good. This next bit is opinion. It's my opinion that she suggested we put the sale price significantly lower than necessary and as a result we were cowed into taking an offer lower than we wanted and settling for less than our absolute bottom line (of which she was aware and kept reassuring us that with taxes being refunded to us and whatnot we'd still make our bottom line - we did not by a couple thousand dollars - it takes me a long time to make that!) Overall this seems to have cost me a lot of money, a lot of time, and a lot of stress. I would absolutely conduct this differently if I had to do it over.
Let’s start by saying I am very disappointed is this review and I will also stick to the facts. The person who wrote this review was not even my client. My client needed to move out of the country in under 2 weeks. Gave what Fair market value was. She asked to list it a few thousand higher & I agreed. 1 day later the home SOLD. She left me her sisters email if anything needed to handle & her sister may come for closing. Before closing the agent again could not get the system to work. Their agent asked us to reach out to the seller & see if there was something they were not aware of. The response from the sister came I am coming to closing I will check it when I get there. The day of closing she did NOT go to the home.The GOOD agent I am called my plumber who found the issue a Switch. This simple switch she could have handled almost cost the sale. This home sold for 1100 over asking .I guess she is unhappy for me doing my job I am Sorry she feels this way.
