Gina was very helpful in my home search, which initially spanned all of Pittsburgh, and then was narrowed down to Mt Lebanon, Dormont and Brookline. I made it clear up front that I would rather walk away and rent for another year than buy a house I wouldn't love. Gina helped me stand by that resolution, even when it meant having to suspend my search for now.

Gina was always upfront with her concerns about the properties we saw. She steered me away from far overpriced homes, huge maintenance burdens, and sketchy sellers and realtors. When a house simply had too many issues she pointed them out quickly so we could move on.

I never give the maximum score on a review, so the ratings should be read as "exceeded my expectations."

When I am ready to pick my search back up, I'll be looking forward to working with Gina again.

She was continuously in touch with us regarding our listing, via phone, text and email. She offered us knowledgeable advice on pricing, the local market, expectations, as well as home staging. I am an out of state owner and have never met Gina, however with the three transactions I have had with Gina (considering all three were very difficult properties) she handled each and every problem in an extremely professional manner and kept me the seller's best interest in mind at all times. If she responds this way to an out of state owner I can only imagine how she must treat local owners that she is likely to see again in her circle.
