Cat + X-Mas Tree

Oh, or you can also buy one of those "Dog in a can" devices that are motion activated.  The "dog" will bark every time your cat walks by it's position.

Cat + X-Mas Tree

Buy some "Boundry" spray or granuals at Petsmart.  Your cat won't go near the area ever again.

Effective Real Estate Websites

The name seems a little self-defeating.

Our Realtor is pressuring us to drop the price - should we?

I sold a home in a strictly Orthodox community and the Jewish nieghbors offered and some asked if they might put the information about my home on their bulletin boards. I would look into that because your features sound appealing for that community.

Major Home Remodeling Not Paying Off, Report Finds

I'd rather do the upgrades myself so I know they have been done right. As a buyer, I also prefer to get a outdated home for a lot less. And as for Pergo or any other laminate--I don't consider it an upgrade. I actually take money from my offer, knowing that it isn't adding value and that I will most likely need to replace it for my taste.

Truth about the bailout/freeze plan...

If true, these reasons are why a bailout won't work for the masses.

A bailout of frozen interest rates won't help increase low income nor restore lost income and it will not restore a person's health etc.

Ask the White House

Very Benevolemt of you!

You must have an ARM that's due for adjustment soon?

Even with a bandaid, the economy is overdue for a trip south.

Consider the seller's debt load?

He's trying to manipulate buyer's emotions. Imagine that...on a total stranger! What nerve....

reminds me of the homeless person I gave money to several times under an underpass in Phoenix...until I saw her walk across the street to a parking lot where she put her sign into the backseat of a two year old Honda Accord before driving away. Maybe she just needed extra money for her "considerable personal debts" too.
