Our first was several years ago when my wife and I were new to California, and most recently in December '13 when we decided to purchase a larger home for our growing family. Glenn is efficient, honest, and goes the extra mile. Hard to find in a real estate agent. He helped point me in the right direction for a rental property, gave me access to some software where I could look up what I wanted to look at myself, and took me to all of them. ( at least 25!) He even negotiated price down on a foreclosure for a new roof and window repair. He also helped me find renters for a reasonable one time fee and did all the leg work, advertising and credit checks. then turned it over to me so I didn't have to pay a property management company every month.
Oh, and he makes a mean almond Roca at Christmas time.....
