Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Smyrna, GA.
Glennda listed our home for sale or rent. She did a thorough job explaining what we could do to make our house present in the best possible way. She did such a great job we had an offer to buy our house within 10 days of listing and an offer to lease our house within 10 days of changing to for lease. She fully understands the market, manages your expectations and works to find you the best deal possible. I would gladly work with Glennda again.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Smyrna, GA.
I had the pleasure of working with Glennda when I needed to rent out my condo. She is a professional on every level and I was always able to rest assured that she had my best interest at heart. She has rented out other units in my neighborhood and I knew that she would get the job done. I especially loved the high quality flyers, bottled water, and pastries (with a picture of my unit) that she provided for other agents and their clients. Additionally, she uses a scheduling service that coordinates all showings with other agents and the homeowner, which was vitally important to me. I am more than pleased with Glennda's professionalism and emphasis on customer service and I would highly recommend her for any and all of your real-estate needs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $600K in Mableton, GA.
We relocated from out-of-state recently and Glennda was a gem, her knowledge and expertise were amazing. And her up beat spirit had us going through a stressful relocation with ease and we actually had alot of fun. Our initial realtor was not so good so we asked to be reassigned and Glennda was recommended by a parent we met at the school we were applying too. She wasn't in the directory of approved agents for our relo company at first but did her part promptly and willing in order to work with us. We LOVE Glennda and would not of had a positive experience without her. She knows everybody so her connections seem endless which was super helpful since we are brand new to the Atlanta area. I would use her again in a heartbeat and tell you that you are foolish if you don't!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Smyrna, GA.
Let me start this review by stating that I am very hard to please and demand a lot from people that I hire to perform specific services.

Glennda was the listing agent on our house when we purchased it in 2008 and we did not hesitate to call her when it was time for us to move on in October of 2013.

She came to meet with us and look at the house prior to listing and made recommendations on items to address/not address prior to listing. We found this very helpful because there were items we had planned on spending money on that Glennda told us would not matter and would just be a waste of our money. During this visit she also gave us a range for what she thought we could sell the house for based on a thorough competitive market analysis.

When we listed the house at her recommended price it was like Grand Central Station that first week with showing after showing. We had multiple offers which spoke to the power of pricing your property correctly. The offers we did receive were very low to start and we were a little frustrated, but Glennda stuck with us as we negotiated hard and ended up with a full price offer. Unfortunately, these buyers had a change of heart less than 1 week into the due diligence period and backed out.

Glennda did a fantastic job of keeping us calm in this stressful situation and reached out to all parties that had shown interest when the house was first listed. Within 24 hours of being back in the computer we had multiple offers again and ended up accepting one within 1.5% of our asking price. WOW! Glennda guided us though the inspection and financing contingency periods and we felt good about everything going into the week prior to closing,

Unfortunately again, we had the deal fall through as our buyer was denied a loan less than 24 hours prior to closing despite pre-approval (WHAT!?!). While we panicked, Glenna kept calm and again had showings scheduled within 24 hours of re-listing the property for the 3rd time.

We took a week of vacation and despite the house being 90% packed and full of boxes, we received multiple offers again. With Glennda's coaching we accepted an offer that was only slightly below what we were getting on the second contract, but with the earnest money we were entitled from the 2nd buyer it was essentially a wash.

Even though there were some low comps in the neighborhood, the appraisal came in right at the contract price thanks to Glennda's help putting together a packet of information for the appraiser. Glennda was able to get her closing attorney to expedite the process and we closed on the house within 2 weeks of our 3rd contract being agreed to. From start to close the entire sales process took less than 60 days.

Glennda displayed a positive attitude through the entire process though I know that I was difficult to work with and borderline rude with her at times. In the end she got us everything we were asking for and we were able to make a move that was good for our family. We joke with Glennda that she is part of our family because she has worked with me and both my siblings, but she truly is a valued friend and honorary Gillespie. She made a very difficult and stressful process easier to deal with and delivered outstanding results. The special "Glennda" only touches she adds to her listings makes them stand out in the crowd and out "sparkle" all the other listings.

We HIGHLY recommend her and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future (hopefully it won't be for a long time though)!

A friend of mine recommended that I work with Glennda to sell my home and buy a new townhome in the Smyrna area. Glennda was extremely knowledgeable and very savvy in the real estate business. And I thought she was also a lot of fun to work with. She sold my home quickly, very close to my asking price. She was also patient and gave me good perspective on what to look for in my new home. We had several challenges along the way and Glennda helped me navigate through them all. The key to a great property manager is their ability to find a great tenant. Glennda and her team epitomizes this quality. Glennda was a huge help with buying our first home. She took the time to explain what we needed to know to make a smart decision. We looked at multiple homes and were able to take our time and make a smart decision. In a quick moving market we were able to lean on her expertise to allow us to get a house below market value. She was on time and professional.

She not only sold us the home but she helped with finding a mortgage broker and attorney for closing. They also were professional and if any questions arose they were able to answer them while ensuring we knew what each step of the home buying process included. She was available and willing to give up personal time with her family to ensure we were able to see homes and ask questions on both weekends and at night.

I would and have recommended her to not only my family and friends but even when over hearing others looking for a professional and thorough Real estate agent in the metro-Atlanta area.
