Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Smyrna, GA.
Glennda listed our home for sale or rent. She did a thorough job explaining what we could do to make our house present in the best possible way. She did such a great job we had an offer to buy our house within 10 days of listing and an offer to lease our house within 10 days of changing to for lease. She fully understands the market, manages your expectations and works to find you the best deal possible. I would gladly work with Glennda again.

Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2010 in Smyrna, GA.
Glennda listed our house and was totally unprofessional and we would NEVER recomender her to anyone. She actually called another agent and gave them out home alarm code and key to our house while we were out of town and expressly asked her to please show the home and not give out that information since we would be gone for 2 week. When she lied to us we unlisted our house and she refused to return our house key without a random charge. We almost had to involve the police. There are so many good agents out there please do yourself a favor and choose to do business with someone who you can trust!

I am so sorry that you felt the need to write a bad review about me after all these years. While you did not provide your name it wasn't really necessary. In over a 1000 homes sold and a successful 20 year career you, Rebekah Samford were unforgettable. The only truth contained in your review is that I did list your condo and I did not sell it. It was 2007 and yes, you were very unhappy with the showing instructions provided to a buyer’s agent and after 15 minutes of listening to you scream and berate me I made the decision to terminate your listing. When you returned from your trip, I handed the key directly to your fiancé’ at the time, Brad. Thank you for the time you took to write your review, while most of it was embellished it reminded of two things…. your perception is your reality and some people are impossible to please. Found a tenant for a home.
We had a great experience with Glennda as our Agent!
We contacted her early in September. She listed our property right away, and had professional pictures taken. We moved out October 1, and that is the same day our tenants moved in.
I really appreciate her communication. She was really great about responding to emails, and phone calls. We talked to her daily when it was necessary. She gave us her suggestions, but let us make the ultimate decisions regarding our lease. Glennda is the first person we will call when we need to lease our place out again.

Bought a home in 2012.
Glennda was great! She was patient with us in determining negotiating strategy and never tried to push a house that we weren't excited about. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She has a great knowledge of the Smyrna and surrounding areas.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Smyrna, GA.
Glennda was the perfect agent for us.
Being first-time home buyers, Glennda was always available to answer our questions, but more importantly she was able to point out details we wouldn't have known to look for. After working with her for a while she probably knew what we were looking for more than we did - in fact Glennda actually found the house that we ended up purchasing.
Glennda was able to help us move through the process of home-buying very smoothly, and her negotiating skills are top notch. I've had discussions with several other recent home buyers, and I can say that I'm very grateful we had Glennda working on our behalf.
Finally, perhaps the most important aspect for us was that we never felt pressured in any way. While we relied on Glennda heavily for advice, every decision we made was our own.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Smyrna, GA.
Glennda is a top notch agent! She sold my home in record time even in this market. I was consistently notified of all viewings and she always acquired feedback and provided me with timely information. She is a "get it done" type of individual and drives her projects to completion. She took my calls with questions regardless of the time of the day or evening. She provided fantastic customer service! I would definitely utilize her again in the future.

Earlier this year we were looking to relocate to the Marrieta/Smyrna/Powder Springs area of Georgia from NJ. Having had experience with real estate agents from both states I cannot speak highly enough of Glennda's knowledge, professionalism and expertise. She helped us understand the area, the housing market, and ultimately we ended up even making an offer on a house within 2 days. Unfortunately my work situation had changed and we ended up not being able to relocate to GA, but I cannot thank Glennda enough for the time and assistance she provided. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking or selling a house. It was a pleasure to have met and worked with her -- I wish that there were agents of her caliber in our area! Glennda made it happen for us when we wanted to sell our house in Smyrna (GA) in 2008. She took full ownership for getting the house properly marketed and got it sold within a short period of time. She was there along the process in an extremely professional, supportive and positive manner.
Following this great experience, we used her to buy a house in Mableton in the summer of 2008 which she is now leasing out for us.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Marietta, GA.
Great realtor, incontestable knowledge and professionalism. I recently bought a house and without her expertise the deal would never had happened.....I strongly recommend her if you considering buying or sell a property.
