Glenn sold my property in Lower Macungie in the fall of 2012. He was very knowledgeable in the real estate process and his experience helped the sale go smoothly. His partner Matt was helpful in the staging of the home in preparation for sale. As a work related move, it was imperative that the transaction proceeded in a timely fashion and Glenn's team really shined on this one.

Glen and his team helped me sell my home, did so quickly, professionally and for the best possible dollar in today's market. Absolutely, outstanding professionals. The communication was great and helped me along the process in my relocation out of the area. I can't thank these guys enough for getting the job done quickly and effectively. If you are looking for great service and honest communication with folks who go way above and beyond use the Glen Paisley Team.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Nazareth, PA.

Glen Paisley was recommended from a friend. We listed with him for 3 months. Which was 89 days too long. Mr. Paisley was very unprofessional from the beginning. We are with a relocation company so we get a report everytime a potential buyer looks at the home. Mr. Paisley also had to send a monthly report to the relo company monthly. He pretty much copied and pasted every time. When confronted with remarks that he himself made he would play "dodge the question". On the 90th day of the contract Mr. Paisley showed the home himself(the first time during the whole contract). He then proceeded to give a report that the house was messy, "rubbish was in the yard", buyers were not interested. First...very unprofessional. If it wasn't the last day of the contract I "might" believe him. Second, another realtor showed the home before him and he conveniently did not send her review. HMMM wonder why? He lied, he's unprofessional. After he showed the home he then proceeded to yank up his sign, take the lock off the door and leave. I will be filing complaints with the Realty Board. If you do not want your house sold, want to be blamed because this realtor can't sell your home, want to be treated with disrespect when you choose not to resign then this is the realtor for you. We have sold 5 homes since we have been married. This is the first realtor we have ever had who has acted so unprofessionally. And the first realtor who didn't sell our home!

We take great pride in our work as top producers in our company we sold over 60 Million in real estate in the past 7 years. Unfortunately, 490 Hahn Road, Bushkill Twsp. presented a challenge. In today’s market, your home must be showing ready & you must be priced correctly. When you’re unable to do either of those, the feedback you get will not be positive from buyers, it’s my job to pass that feedback onto sellers so they can best understand why the house did not sell, sometimes the other agent does not respond to give feedback. We did show the property on the last day and passed on that client’s feedback (thus the angered review), since we were notified that the listing wasn’t being renewed, it was appropriate to remove our sign & lock box. We offered alternatives to this seller & the relocation company, including a short sale or renting it out. They choose to try their luck with another realtor; unfortunately they had the same result as the home did not sell & an expired listing.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Allentown, PA.

Glen and his Team were fantastic at finding us the perfect house we had been searching for. They made the process simple and easy. They were really terrific and we would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent who is full-time, on top of his game and knows the market.
