Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $750K in Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA.
Gloria was gloriously helpful during the whole process of selling my Almaden home. From advice on decluttering and staging, to getting a handyman for a few little jobs, to marketing, advertising and open houses, she did it all. The home sold within 30 days, and although the buyer's lender was supremely picky, all the inspections and paperwork were handled effortlesly. Gloria works hard, she's very responsive, will answer every question you have, and knows the area and the market exceptionally well. I feel very fortunate indeed that she handled my sale, and wouldn't hesitate to use her again, or to recommend her. Thanks Gloria!

Gloria sold a rental property for us this summer. We had mutiple offers and what turned out to be a difficult transaction. Gloria was knowledgeable and professional, we will certainly use her for any future real estate needs.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $750K in Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA.
We had a difficult time selling our home due to location, age and market conditions. Gloria helped us navigate all the issues and made us feel that she was on our side. She did everything she said she was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. If I ever sell/buy a home again I will use Gloria.

Sold a home in 2011.
We love Gloria! She helped us find and buy our home in San Jose/Los Gatos a few years ago. When it came time to sell our home we never even considered another realtor. Gloria understood our needs and expectations and helped advise us throughout the process. She identified a realistic listing price, marketed the heck out of the listing, and had our house sold in 2 days! This is in today's market too (Spring 2011). We're still amazed by Gloria. She was also more than happy to work with our relocation company, even though we found them to be a big pain in the rear.
I recommend Gloria to anyone in the Los Gatos and Cambrian area. She really knows what she's doing and will sell your house fast!
