Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Berwyn, IL.
While searching for her first house, my daughter contacted Gary based on the positive reviews on this site. From the first phone call to signing the closing papers, Gary stood by us the way. We loved the daily updates with new houses on the market; loved the fact that we only saw houses that were within the parameters we set from the beginning....no sense looking at houses you can't afford. He explained, IN DETAIL, everything that was happening every step of the way. His communication is impeccable, whether via phone call, e-mail or text message. Not only is Gary a great agent, but the people he works with are equally as impressive. He was able to set us up with a lender who was wonderful as well as a real estate attorney who was equally impressive. From start to finish you can't go wrong as Gary will guide you through the process painlessly! When the time comes again to buy or sell, we will definitely call on Gary for our future needs. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Algonquin, IL.
Gary is the Best realtor that my wife and I have worked with. We were in a bind and called Gary to help us get out of it. He found us our dream home in no time and kept us updated on a daily basis. When we had 2 lenders say they couldn't give us a loan, we had lost all hope of buying a home. But Gary found another lender, and we were able to close on our dream home. We couldn't be happier with the results. He is professional and courteous. There were times when we thought we would lose the house, but he told us to be strong and that he would figure everything out. And he did exactly that. Gary was with us every step of the way. You won't find another realtor that is more knowledgeable or more caring than Gary. Gary had also found us rentals in the past, when we decided to buy we had went to another realtor, which was a huge mistake, we learned our lesson with the horrible service we got from her. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Schaumburg, IL.
Having gone through 7 real estate transactions in my I realized this was the first time I used an agent. Of course past transactions were pre-internet days. Why would anyone today try and do a "Sale By Owner?" Oh because they might be an idiot.
I needed to sell my deceased father's townhouse in Schaumburg. I met Gary at chiropractor we both visit. I did interview other agents but decided on Gary. The man is a saint. He not only had to list the house but had to sell me on why the prices now are less than 10 years ago. I had no idea because I had no need to look at real estate. Plus there was the emotional side of this whole sale that was not easy. He was very calming every step of the way. Gary explained and re-explained things to me in such detail that there was no way I could misunderstand a thing. I had to be out of town the date of the closing. Gary was kind enough to buy stickers, pay water bills and whatever final things had to be done. The lawyer Gary recommended did all of the signing for me. Gary even went so far as to deposit the check for me! And sold it in about 60 days! You will not find a more thorough an caring agent than Gary Miller. Thank you for great job Gary.…More Less
