Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Spring, TX.
I employed Jonathan Coleman to help me find a tenant for my rental property. In my opinion, I found him not to be as knowledgeable as I expected. And he was not as prompt as I needed him to be. He actually put a tenant in my house without the lease being signed which caused me great consternation and extra expense. I would never recommend him.…More Less
