Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Las Olas Isles, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
George provided my husband and me with invaluable assistance in locating a home on the Intracoastal for purchase as an investment. We were looking for an older home that we could rent to snowbirds and other vacationers, with a view to ultimately tearing down the home and building a custom home on our waterfront lot. George was able to help us find a home in a wonderful location that exactly meets our needs. In addition, he has been successful in keeping the home continuously rented to tenants. He has made himself available to our tenants to address their concerns and has been helpful in coordinating rental arrangements.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Sioux Falls, SD.
I have bought and sold several properties using George as my agent. He is an excellent communicator and his word is his bond. I trust him to look after my best interests and that says it all.
