Susan is the broker/owner of Goehrs Properties; a Lake Livingston based residential real estate brokerage. Goehrs Properties is one of the largest agencies in the Lake Livingston Area. She currently holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRB (The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institution) and an e-Pro Designation in technology. Susan has been specializing in the Lake Livingston area real estate for over 15 years.
Susan also holds a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Certification, an International association of Home Staging Professionals-Accredited Staging Certification, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Certification, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification.
Susan has activity been involved in the San Jacinto County community affairs since 1984. She has served as past president to the San Jacinto County Women League, Member of the Chamber of Commerce, and Lion Club. She currently severs as a member of the HAR PAAL (Political Affairs Advisory Leadership). The mission of the PAAL Leadership is to protect consumer property rights.
Susan has a Bachelor of Art Degree from Sam Houston State University.
