Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Gatesville, TX.
Kim Gore was the second Realtor to list my property in Gatesville, Texas. I selected her as my new Realtor after reviewing her personal website, when my property's sale was not accomplished and I desired a complete change in marketing. Kim was like a breath of fresh air after I called and then met her in person. She was enthusiastic and energetic, responsive to my numerous requests, and she accomplished the efficiency that had previously been lacking in the marketing of my property. Kim used numerous marketing/advertising methods in addition to a sign and flyers in the yard, and featured the home in newspaper ads. She listed our home on four real estate websites, in addition to MLS. Kim helped me take care of numerous repairs within the property, as well as finding help with professional cleaning of the house and maintaining the over sized yard. She made required paperwork easily and efficiently processed, although I was a long distance/ remote seller. I would describe Kim Gore as an excellent Realtor, who has her "eggs all in one basket", She is also a warm, generous, and caring person, who was a pleasure to do business with. Sold a home in 2012.
My property was for sale with another real estate company for more that 1 year with no response or any actions. In just a short time Gore real estate had sold my property and they did a great job for me. My mother passed during the time that my place was in the closing process and I have to say that Kim and the other wonderful people at Gore real estate treated me and my family like we are part of their family.
