Bought a Condo home in 2013 in College Station, TX.
I have a great experience working with Grace on finding my first home. First I told her the area we were interested in, and she listed all the available properties in that area that within our price range. Besides, she would offer the information regarding the historical sold price, property tax, and the potential insurance fee. We have looked 6-7 properties and she would point out almost all the pros and cons for each property. During the negotiation process, even though she knew that we like the property a lot but she would not push us to take the price that is over our budget, we are very impressed on that. She also know some people from all the related fields, so I don't need to worry about who should I call for a general inspection. She finished the inspection work the second day of the 7 optional days, so we have plenty of time counter down the price according to the inspection result. As a first time home buyer, there are a lot of paperwork that I am not familiar with. Grace would explain all the detail in the contract and make sure I am fully understand the contract before I sign it. From my experience, Grace is a knowledgeable and responsible agent with passion on her job. I would highly recommend her as a agent, especially for people who are first-home-buyer like me.…More Less

Grace's honesty and business ethics are astounding. At all times she was very straight forward with her suggestions and recommendations. Her knowledge of the market area is an ultimate plus. I see her as a trusted Realtor. Her patience with a first time buyer is also a positive note. The closing experience went well. Grace was very thorough reviewing all documents and catching errors for correction. Grace did an wonderful job for us. We found several houses on this site and she was able to show us the ones that were perfect for our needs. She is very knowledgable about the value of the homes in the area, the best floor plan for resale and updates that would make the house more appealing for resale. Grace got us a very thurough inspection and we were able to negotiate to get needed repairs before closing. She made the process easy for us because we lived 2 1/2 hours from College Station. We are very pleased with our purchase and will be calling Grace if we ever need to sell!!…More Less
