As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure exactly where to start! I found Grace through her profile on Zillow and was impressed with her reviews. Grace was always responsive and accommodated me throughout the whole process. She directed me to neighborhoods that were suitable for my needs, which was very important to me as I was looking in an area that I wasn't familiar with. Grace found a lot more housing options for me than I had expected to see, and made an easy and efficient plan each time we went out. She also has great recommendations for people to work with (mortgage, inspection, etc) so you can count on her to help with that if you don't have people lined up already. Grace is one of the most dedicated re-estate agents that you can found. She is very diligent in following up on issues and getting them resolved. Just to share a story. During a CO inspection, the installed fire extinguisher did not meet the township's specification. Grace convinced the inspector to give her the time and drove to Lowe's to purchase a new fire extinguisher so it would pass the CO inspection. Grace, your efforts are much appreciated.…More Less
