its very common that the appraised price comes in with the sale price. In todays market it only comes up higher it is a short sale or a foreclose property. Enjoy your new home!

Hello Farmer DaisyI just recieved your inquiry on teh property in Hazlet. Unfortunately this property is already on undercontract. We do have to more available properties in the community. But regarding taxes...the best I can tell you that the tax rate in hazlet is 2.205. example if the assessment on a home in hazlet is 500,000 the formula would be 500,000 /100=5,000then you multiply 5000 X 2.205= your taxes. There is also another new community that has 8 Single family homes that are being built prices starting at 429900 to 549900. Call me if you would like more information..
