Nancy is not only professional and knows the market..but she is honest. Very prompt and sends all the information you need on the history of the home before you go to see the home. So you have all the information upfront. Which is extremely helpful.

Thank you very much for those kind words. We've seen a lot of homes maybe not in person but through this super way of "You've Got Mail". Really saves extremely lot of time by your going by and seeing if you even like the street the home is located and if it feels like home.
We've bounced around in differant areas but I think you now know which area pleases your taste.

I saw a condominium that I liked and went down the list, calling three agents listed for the property. I even sent email to them, and Nancy responded immediately to my request for a showing. She arranged a time convenient for me.
As for the other reps, it has been a week and I never heard back from them.
Then after I decided that, I was interested in having a home inspection and submitting a contract, Nancy's 20 years of experience showed through in the best and most professional looking real estate sales contract I have ever seen.
