Lucy truly defines the expression of "going above and beyond." She has mastered the skills of what it takes to be an excellent real estate agent - know-how, reliability, responsiveness, compassion, and communication. She was always positive no matter what happened. She pays attention to detail and works very hard to represent her client in a very professional and skillful manner. Lucy takes it upon herself to really get to know you. She was so instrumental in getting my house on the market - this was initially such an overwhelming task for me and she held my hand every step of the way. My house was staged beautifully and sold within 3 months. I then actually found a house in only a couple days as she knew what I wanted. I highly recommend Lucy if you want to sell or buy a home. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Lennox Village, Nashville, TN.
Lucy was recommended by a friend who is extremely picky so we figured she would be good. Not only was she good -- she exceeded our expectations. We could sense her learning who we were and what we might like, and as the process continued she gently steered us more and more to houses that were right in line with what we said we wanted. Even better, she steered us to some places we might not have considered on our own. She was always in contact and even after the sale was in the bag she showed my wife around the area, pointing out the best shopping places.

Lucy demonstrates professionalism, poise and and an in depth knowledge of real estate in the middle TN area. She is always positive and realistic, and assisted us in negotiating through both a sell and a purchase between different counties. We were very pleased with Lucy's suggestions to help us sell our house. She held multiple open house events and the house sold in about 4 weeks.
