Bought a home in 2009.Summary:
We bought a cabin in 2009 with Greg and Monica. They were very knowledgeable, reliable and honest. Friendly too. They also know what they are doing on the contract side - we were shopping foreclosures mostly, so there were peculiarities with some of the selling sides when they responded to our offers and Greg and Monica knew how to deal with them. They really know the area and wanted to make sure we got a place that we'd be happy with long-term. I think I was difficult at times :) , but they were patient and we now have a place we are very happy with. I have recommended them to friends who are looking for a PMC cabin.…More Less
