Bought a home in 2012.
We had a great experience with Greg as our agent. Greg was highly recommended to us by good friends, and he didn't disappoint. You will not find an agent who knows Federal Hill better than Greg. The house he found for us is perfect. I highly recommend Greg.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in SBIC, Baltimore, MD.
Greg was simply outstanding! We were from out of town and my family was on a short time line to find a house. We did initial research of the type and price range we were looking for on Zillow and forwarded it to Greg before we arrived. Greg refined our list and narrowed our search, based on our desires. He was able to show us 16 properties in the short space of two days and two of the proerties were totally what we were looking for. We ultimately put a bid that was accepted on one of the properties and began the process for setting up closing. All this was done within the space of 3 days and was a tribute to Greg's organization and his aptitude at understanding all of our needs. Prompt, courteous and above all, HONEST to a fault......we would heartily recommend Greg to anyone! Greg clearly knows Baltimore well, and was able to quickly find a house that was both within price range of me and my fiancée and that really spoke to our sense of style. More importantly, Greg has a very low-pressure approach. At no point during the process did it seem like he was trying to get us to purchase a home, but was rather just trying to help us end up with the property that was right for us.
