thinking about a move to Westchester and trying to gauge the situation on the upper east side. Any sense for what is happening on 3rd ave 2 bed 2 bath premium building? How far are we off the peak in values?

Thinking about making the move to the burbs. I have a two bed, two bath in the 70's. Tripple mint condition in a strong building. Are these units selling and how much of a discount over the height of things.Thanks so much.
