Bought a home in 2011.
We were first time home buyers and Greg along with his team was not only extremely patient but also very professional from start to finish. He met with my husband and I to narrow down a few neighborhoods we liked by asking BOTH of us questions about our likes and needs in a new home. He was very motivated to find us what we were looking for. When we found the home for us, we realized it was a short sale. Greg was very up front as to what kind of timeline we could expect from a short sale and cautioned us not to become emotionally-attached. We appreciated his honesty! When we found out we got the house, we attributed the success to Greg and his team for their diligence. They worked very fast to get the deal closed while also holding our hand thru the process. Sold a home in 2011.
