Greta helped my former husband and I buy a home in Villa Rica, GA in 2006. We lived in South FL at the time and she did not let this, or us buying a home 20 miles outside of Atlanta, limit her availability or knowledge. Being first time home buyers, we were quite uneducated on the buying process. Greta walked us through the whole process, answering any questions, and making us feel as if we had a friend helping us along the way. She is personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely use Greta as my Realtor again and highly recommend her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Lawrenceville, GA.

first met Greta Holland in the year 2001 when I was considering putting my home on the market due to the urgent need to downsize. The urgency was brought about because of my husband's declining health. I was introduced to her by two other friends of mine who had used Greta as their agent and had been extremely satisfied with her services. Greta came to my home and told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get the best price as quickly as possible. We respected her judgement and agreed with the assessment of what needed to be done. As soon as we completed the task at hand, Greta began marketing our home.

My initial reaction to Greta's marketing skills was the very minor disruption to our lives during the selling process. At the same time she was attempting to sell our current home, she was attempting to find out new dream home. Within two weeks, Greta had found us our new home, which was EXACTLY what we wanted and met all our needs for that period of time and the anticipated needs of our future. She also had our old home sold in that same two-week period.

After a long illness, my husband passed away in 2009. I was so thankful that we had decided to downsize when we did -- in light of his illness and the downward spiral of the economy. Greta got us a huge profit for our old home, which we rolled over into the new home. It gave my husband a real peace of mine, knowing my daughter and I were in a home that was manageable for us once we were alone.

This past January, I finally convinced my daughter, Jasmine, that I was going to be fine by myself and it was time for her to get on with her life. I wanted her, as a first time buyer, to be able to take advantage of the awesome deals and amazing interest rates we are experiencing. Greta introduced us to lenders who got the ball rolling and set about finding my daughter her first "dream home". In that Greta had known my daughter since she was a little girl, I knew she would have her best interests at heart. I entrusted her with my "prize possession". Jasmine knew she did not want to live downtown for various reasons. Greta's knowledge of the area Jasmine wanted to live in to be close to work, was invaluable. She was sending us listings constantly. After viewing only five or six listings, she found one that was in a desirable location and had almost all of the items on her "wish list". She closed in February, after a very lucrative negotiation process by Greta.

The main things I would recommend about Greta are her knowledge of Atlanta, her numerous contacts in the loan department arena and her responsiveness. When you pick up the phone to call Greta -- you get Greta!! I noticed when we were looking for properties, that other agents cannot say this. We always had to wait on callbacks from other agents -- sometimes for days. I would highly recommend Greta as a buying/listing agent.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Decatur, GA.

She was outstanding. We had listed with another agent, and we were getting no where. She came in and recognized a number of problems with the way the house was showing. She made us change a few things, priced us competively, and we were sold in a week after being on the market for several months.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Pine Hills, Atlanta, GA.

Greta has represented me in selling 4 of my homes. She is diligent and hard working with a great outreach of potential buyers. Her knowledge of the areas I was interested in moving to was thorough and accurate. She is quick to respond and always answers the phone unless she is in a meeting or showing a house. I highly recommend Greta to my friends. In fact she has represented 3 of our friends and they were all happy with her professionalism and hard work.
