Well that is quite strange - when I look at our listing on Zillow Shenandoah most definitely shows up and when I go to the edit page for Brittney - the space where the MLS number goes is totally blank. Can you please explain why you are able to see the MLS # and we are not and also why we definitley have our listing on Shenandoah up and it has been for a few ddays on Zillow and you can not find it ?
Sure - we have 106 listings and this happened on all of them - You can look at 11142 Shenandoah, Orland Park, IL and 6027 Brittney, Tinley Park, ILThanks!
We have entered the MLS listing # on all our listings but they do not "save" - can anyone tell us why this is happening or how to fix that. There is a place for it in the editing portion of each listing, we entered them all in over the past few days, and now they are blank again!
If its the only Condo in the building it will help you have an advantage to another condo for sale at the same time but other then that not much as far as value!
Are you entering the listing yourself or is it coming as a feed -link from elsehwere? If you are waiting on a feed, it can sometimes take a few days to come through. We have links with VLS homes which waits for the MLS feed to come and then on to Zillow. Sometimes that can take as much as a week.
I have never seen anything like that on the list of widgets - perhaps it is something to request that they add? Here is the link to the Zillow widgets list of available widgets - in case you have not already looked at all of them - there are several categories but none seems to have what you are looking for.http://www.zillow.com/webtools/widgets?category=RealEstate
Your best bet is to use a Realtor!
