Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Canton, OH.
The day Gretchen Thomazin walked into our lives was an incredibly good one for us. We purchased a condo in what amounts to a retirement community under a land contract, but we had a baby, and decided we needed a house. Gretchen took such good care of us from day one. She went through numerous steps and channels to make sure we were able to legally get out of the land contract - she did not want us to get our hopes up in case something came up, nor did she want us to get into trouble. When we were all cleared, she made sure we got into the perfect house for our family and our budget. She carefully walked us through each step of the process, from the offer to the closing. When things seemed to stall with paperwork once the offer was accepted, she was instantly on it. In short, Gretchen treated us like we were her only clients. I cannot stress how highly we recommend her!

Gretchen is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable in selling homes in knowing what to look for and knowing how to act upon it. I would recommend Gretchen to anyone looking to buy a home. There were issues with the home we were looking at and she wouldn't give up till those issues were recitfied to her satisfaction before she would let us close. She is very professional yet down to earth letting you know and feel comfortable that she is on your side. Thank you Gretchen, you were excellent, we couldn't of asked for anyone better.

My experience with Gretchen, was a very profesional and stress free experience. She treated me with respect, even though I explained to her from the beginning that I did not have a pre approval. Any other realator I spoke with would not even show me a house until a pre approval was submitted. It was nice being treated like a person, not just a client.

Gretchen is very knowledgeable & professional. She does everything in her power to make things easy and stress free! We are repeat clients because she makes the process fun. It's always a pleasure! We always recommend her to anyone we know in need of a realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Warren, OH.
I wouldn't have gotten into our new home without all the extra hard work and effort Gretchin did for my family. After going through the process with Huntington Bank (I advise to stay away from!) of getting approved, looking for a new home, then starting to invest money, the Bank pulled out.
When all hope was lost, Gretchin was working very hard on the back end for me with other lending institutions.Her responsiveness to my needs is what sets her apart.
I worked with another real estate agent for a short amount of time and all I heard was how great they are. When I met Gretchin, she was honest up front about the expectations. What I didn't realize was how lucky I was.
Long story short... very professional, and putting her client's needs before her own. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Gretchin.
My family cannot thank her enough... God Bless !

Bought a home in 2011.
Gretchen was terrific in helping me purchase my first house. Despite having a limited area to look at she found me several properties that met my requirements and stayed within my budget. The process went extremely smooth and Gretchen was on top of any and all questions I had along the way. She definitely works hard for the buyer and always asks for sellers to contribute towards closing costs and/or home warranties. We ended up with a better deal then I expected and closed early as well. All in all I would highly recommend using Gretchen if you are considering buying a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Malvern, OH.
From the start of the sale until closing Gretchen was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us in any way she could. She always was very helpful with all our questions and got answers in a timely manner. I have to say she was the best and we enjoyed working with her. Great Job!
