Our process was extremely easy. Gusty showed us several homes in our target area and introduced us to builders who eventually built our home. He was always available for questions about the house or the process. Gusty was an awesome realtor and will use him again in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Birmingham, AL.
Kristen McGee of the Gusty Gulas Group was a joy to work with. From the beginning to the end she was on point with every detail. Sold a home in 2012.
Sadie and I were exceptionally pleased with Gusty and the service from the entire Gulas Group. Gusty has an excellent grasp on the Birmingham Metropolitan Market. He knew exactly what we needed to do to make our house marketable. We rented in 4 days and got our price! When we purchased our new house, Gusty made us feel confident we were making the right move each step of the way. He made the process simple and straight forward. Bought a home in 2013.
I had a very good experience purchasing my home in Mountain Brook which was listed by Gusty Gulas. I was not represented by a Realtor but Gusty was proactive in guiding me through the closing process.I had some difficulty in getting a decent mortgage rate due to and HOA issue related to the property. After doing some research, Gusty introduced me to a local Credit Union that offered me acceptable mortgage terms and I financed the purchase with them.
All-in-all I would highly recommend Gusty and his team.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Mountain Brk, AL.
We had an outstanding experience with Gusty and his group. He was honest, responsive and to the point on everything we asked of him. He followed through to get our house sold which was a big accomplishment considering it almost fell through twice. We are very glad and will definitely use this group again!

Gusty and his team never failed to deliver for my wife and I during our recent home search and purchase in Birmingham. It was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. Gusty and his team continued to support our search as we looked at different types of properties, in different areas, and at different price points. Gusty was able to impart some of his wisdom, in regards to the current real estate market, and share good pieces of advice which aided our decision making process.
