Our home was a difficult sell which is probably an understatement. Although Michael was the listing Broker, when it was finally in escrow , he had to deal with a foreign investor and the investor's Broker which proved to be an extremely frustrating experience not only for Michael but for the Escrow staff as well. Throughout this process, Michael always handled the continuing problems associated with this sale in a professional manner although this certainly was not the case with the Buyer's Broker.
