Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Newport News, VA.
Recently hired Teresa to sell my house and wanted to preserve the equity in buying using the proceeds for another home. Teresa was up to the challenge, helping my wife and I understand all of the options and decisions in listing, dealing with offers, counter-offers, negotiating and executing a flawless closing. She's well connected so as a seller I focused on the house and she arranged professionals needed to prepare, stage, inspect and move my house. In my case I got an offer after 8 days and sold the house without an issue although having to overcome an adverse VA appraisal, Teresa was the consummate professional. You can't go wrong hiring Teresa!

Teresa is very knowledgable of the local real estate market. She was responsive, supportive and professional. She allowed us to make our own decisions when selling our home, but provided us with information and guidance that was invaluable. I would highly recommend her services for anyone out there.

We employed Teresa to buy my first home, sell my first home, and buy another home. I would highly recommend this realtor. She is a people person and is a highly professional individual. She knows her job and is passionate about it. Teresa will do whatever it takes to get you the property you want and be totally honest with you if there are obstacles in the way preventing that as well as assist you with overcoming those obstacles. We know this best, believe me! Teresa is the best realtor we have worked with in the past or since. When you are her customer, you would think you are her only customer. You can trust her to make your desires her priority. You can't go wrong with Teresa Cline!
