To anyone looking to buy or sell a property, I would recommend working with Hank Bailey! Upon listing my home with Hank, he devoted his full time and attention to me, explaining the process, the details and the "what if's". Every commitment and promise made he fulfilled, far exceeding my expectations. It has been my experience with other Realtors in the past, that once you sign on with them, they seem to wean off of your sale in search of new clients to sign on ... not with Hank! Again, he was so courteous, attentive and helpful thru out the entire process it was a dream come true!
In fact, from the very beginning, he was so focused that he was extremely selective on who we show the house to... resulting in the first person we did show too, ended up being the buyer!
