Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Dacula, GA.Summary:
If you are looking for a hard working and trustworthy realtor, Hank Bailey is your guy!!!!
Since this was the first time my husband and I had sold a home, we decided to meet with more than one realtor. The meeting with the first realtor was very disappointing. He wanted us to list our home for a ridiculously low price ( over $20,000 less than what we listed and sold it for) and told us 100% of sellers pay closing cost now days. Our next appointment was with Hank. It was a completely different meeting. Hank walked through our entire home and took our recent upgrades and decor into consideration. He suggested a very fair listing price that we both felt comfortable with. Obviously we chose Hank for numerous reasons.. we went to contract in 2 short months for just under asking price. From start to finish the process took less than 3 1/2 months...and we paid 0 in closing cost.
Hank never gave us false hope or told us anything he couldn't deliver. He worked very hard to get our home sold for us as quickly as he did so our family could be together again! . He is very diligent about returning phone calls, texts, emails etc... which was important to us. He told us from day one that he wasn't just trying to make a sale, he was trying to build a business...and that exactly what he does. Throughout the entire process, we felt like Hank was looking out for our best interest and not just trying to make a sale. He has actually followed up with both my husband and I since closing to make sure all is good...now that's impressive!!! I would highly recommend Hank Bailey!!!!!…More Less

Hank takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs. In my case he looked at every square inch of our home and highlighted the work we had put into it. He was very knowledgable of the surrounding market and offered realistic advice and guidence all the way through closing. He delivers several activity reports showing real time updates that were very informative and re-assuring while our home was on the market. His marketing procedures are second to none. We were new to Athens, and after feeling less-than-comfortable with several realtors we met, we asked a friend for a referral. She gave us Hank’s name, and we closed today on an incredible home in Oconee County!
The home was in foreclosure, and Hank was a tremendous advocate for us throughout the process. He also helped us negotiate some unique amendments to the contract. Hank is extremely hard-working, unfailingly professional and somehow made us feel as if we were his only clients. After we found out that he actually had 18 homes in the process of closing, I can honestly say that I have no idea how he is able to be so responsive. But at any point that you email, text or call, you will receive a response almost immediately.
