Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Winder, GA.Summary:
Hank Bailey is a 5 star Realtor! In June of 2011, my wife and decided to move back home to New Orleans for personal reasons. When we started to look at selling our house, we found that we were significantly underwater due to the housing crisis. Anyway, that's when we found Hank. he came to our home and explained the Short Sale process to us. he assured us that he would due everything in his power to see that we were taken care of and would work diligently to sell our home. Well, I can tell you that as of today, my wife and I just closed on the sale of our home. The process was not as bad as some make it to be. Hank was there explaining everything step by step over the past several months. I truly believe that had we not found Hank, we would have foreclosed on our house months ago.
