To anyone looking to buy or sell a property, I would recommend working with Hank Bailey! Upon listing my home with Hank, he devoted his full time and attention to me, explaining the process, the details and the "what if's". Every commitment and promise made he fulfilled, far exceeding my expectations. It has been my experience with other Realtors in the past, that once you sign on with them, they seem to wean off of your sale in search of new clients to sign on ... not with Hank! Again, he was so courteous, attentive and helpful thru out the entire process it was a dream come true!

In fact, from the very beginning, he was so focused that he was extremely selective on who we show the house to... resulting in the first person we did show too, ended up being the buyer! His approach is so clear, effective and efficient he made the process enjoyable.... you don't hear that too often in Real Estate! Hank Bailey is truly a professional you can trust and have peace of mind with knowing that he is on you side the entire time. Thank you Hank!

Unbelievable service, Hank was recommended to me by another agent who doesn't work in the area, saying he would get the job done, and that he did, we had the offer we eventually accepted on the first day of listing, as Hank contacted several realtors and clients who he thought might have an interest in the home. The effort Hank put into this sale was 4-5 times as much as I could have ever expected, he work day and night to straighten out kinks from my lender, as well as problems the buyer had. I was also impressed by how much work he put in on such a low value property, knowing the commission wouldn't be as much as other properties, but he treated myself and the job as though it was a 2-3 Million dollar home. On top of all that, I am an out of state seller and he handled all the extra work of that like it was nothing! I have never met a realtor even close to Hank in the amount of effort and professionalism given to a sale.

I can't complain Hank "The Tank" just plain gets stuff done!! Very professional from the beginning and scary how whenever I had a question on my mind he was already emailing or calling me. I would recommend him to family/friends (as I already have).

Hands down Hank Bailey is the best of the best! My fiance and I were starting our journey of buying a home and as first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and not sure which direction to go in. After working with two other agents I was left hopeless. I found Hank online and after reading such great reviews decided to give him a call. IMMEDIATLEY he made me feel comfortable and confident that he would find us exactly what we wanted. He was ready to search and find us the home of our dreams. No matter what time it was Hank was available. I never imagined an agent would be so prompt in responding to all texts, emails and phone calls... We were never left with a single question unanswered and he spent every mintute he needed to making sure we were informed and educated every step of the way. Hank made us feel like we were family and he had our very best interest at heart. After reading other reviews on Zillow my fiance joking told me "Hey we arent that special after all, Hank treats everyone this way"! I wouldnt expect anything less :) There is not a chance in the world we would be in the house we are if it wasnt for Hank. He knows what he is doing and he made things happen that other angents said couldnt happen! So if your looking to buy or sell you better make sure you are ready because Hank is a very motivated agent who will not rest until you and your family get exactly what you want!!!!!
