Hank is a nice and genuine person that really loves selling houses. He was excited about our house and that came through in the ad that he put together for us. He was very professional--giving us his advice but still respecting us to make the important decisions. We sold our house quickly and painlessly even though we had moved across the country to Arizona during most of the process. He would do things beyond his job--such as emailing the lawyer to make sure everything was in order for closing and even stopping by the house to have our mail forwarded to our new house. Hank definitely went above and beyond--I highly recommend him.

Hank was always available to answer questions and guide us through the process of selling our home. He was courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to work. I appreciated his prompt replies to questions and concerns when corresponding through email and phone. He accurately assessed the market and we were able to sell our home for more than the listed sale price. He also had important recommendations when working out the details of our sale contract, which we would have not known about otherwise. It was also very convenient to be able to use docusign in order to complete contract agreements and amendments since we were already out of town. I would recommend using Hank as either a buyers agent or a sellers agent.

Thank you Mary. Not sure if your star ratings matched your written review of my listing services, but thank you for your comments. I was able to get your house listed and under contract with a qualified buyer in six (6) days on the market! It sold for 103.22% of "original list price!" The home was listed for $124,000 and sold for $128,000 on 8/14/14 which is why the recorded sale is not showing up in tax records or reflected on Zillow quite yet. That's not "too" bad as far as negotiation skills are concerned! As of today on Zillow it shows that on this property sale I handled for you at 306 Firecrest Lane, Lawrenceville, GA that we also obtained a sales price of close to $7,000 above the Zillow "Zestimate" as well! It was a great experience working with you guys, and I appreciate the opportunity to be of service! Best of luck to you and your family!

Hank was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and responsive to our concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. He always returned our calls and messages promptly. The photo presentation he did was excellent and helped sell the house quickly. He posted the house on Zillow. The couple that bought our house was from out of town and would never have seen it if not for the great pictures and advertising.
We would definitely recommend him to anyone who really wants to sell their house.

Thanks Kathy! The tag line says "Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home.." but that was a typo. We did indeed get it sold per Kathy's comments! Sold it in less than a month on the market!

With Hank's expertise we got 95% of original list price and 97% of current list price to sales price in just 30 days on the market! Hank recommended putting a home warranty on our listing and with further due diligence with contractors we could trust we only had to pay $150 in repairs and not the $500 we committed to do.
I would highly recommend Hank, he was honest and trustworthy through the entire process. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests and was always friendly and upbeat. He made our transition to Oconee easy, we now have a fabulous home that meets all our criteria.
