Bought a home in 2013.
As a french real estate investor in the USA, after meeting some real estate agents, I decided to work with Bill on my side. I (each time...) really appreciate his knowledge of Jersey City and Hoboken but also his availability, professionalism and kindness when repairs have to be organized, when tenants have to be found ...etc... Sold a home in 2012.
If we could use Bill for every home purchase and listing we would! When my wife and I were moving from Boston to the NYC area, Bill was completely flexible in working his schedule around when we could be in town. He is incredibly organized and efficient and quickly picks up on what your likes/dislikes are to pre-screen properties.

Sold a home in 2013.
I first met Bill after a cold call on may part to Remax. He met me at my home and I immediately felt comfortable that Bill was the right realtor for me to sell my place. He presented a great packet of information that helped me understand the market and where it may be headed. He presented honest ideas of the best way to present and sell my place to prospective buyers.
Bill was extremely helpful throughout the process. He has a great little team of people that helped me stage and make my place look the best it has easily looked in the nine years I owned it. The stager was by no means expensive, and with how good my place looked I recouped the cost easily!
I know when I was getting ready to sell I was worried that I wouldn't find an honest, upfront realtor that knew the process and would help me maximize my sale. Bill was amazing and was exactly that. He always responded to any phone call, text or email. He was great in keeping on me to get information. He also was extremely helpful when I moved before my sale in keeping things on deadline.
I would ABSOLUTELY 100% recommend Bill to my family and friends.…More Less
