Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Randallstown, MD.
The Wasserman Team recently sold our home in record time. Two other homes, the exact same model as ours, have languished on the market for nearly one year. We were expecting to be on the market for the long haul. Things happened so quickly that we had to scramble to make moving arrrangements. What we really liked most about Harriet was that she believed in our property. She gave us an honest assessment and helped us set a realistic price. The professional marketing package she put together was sensational. We had a steady stream of truly interested buyers. She promised that she was going to sell our house and she did!!!!

Harriett was knowledgeable and professional. She was able to answer all my questions and put me in contact with other professionals if there was something out of her realm of knowledge to get the job done. She is an excellent negotiator. I would recommend her to others.

MADE AN APPT TO SEE PROPERTY WITH MS WASSERMAN TWO DAYS LATER ARRIVED AND PROPERTY NO SHE WASNT THERE. SO I CALLED HER OFFICE AND ADMIN SAID MS WASSERMAN MADE A MISTAKE AND BOOKED MY APPT WITH HER FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, I ASKED IF I COULD SPEAK WITH HER , I TOOK OFF FROM WORK TO MEET WITH HER. SHE WOULDNT COME TO THE PHONE SO I ASKED IF I COULD WORK WITH ANOTHER AGENT LITTLE DID IKNOW SHE MANAGED THIS OFFICE . I WAS TOLD SOMEONE ELSE WOULD CONTACT ME. THIS NEVER HAPPENED.
