Sold a home in 2009.
We met Jacob through a letter he sent offering to help us with our real estate needs. We had a very positive experience with Jacob; he was informative, helpful and patient with our many questions. Jacob was a professional through the whole process and has continued to keep us updated on the real estate market so that when we are ready to purchase again we know how the market stands. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Country Club, Mobile, AL.
I was introduced to Jacob Hartley by a mutual friend. After several phone conversations about selling my home I felt his aggressive yet personal approach were what I needed to get my house sold. Jacob was always prompt, professional and tenacious about the hurdles we had to cross during the process. Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Jefferson, Theodore, AL.
My family and I were at a breaking point when we were introduced to Jacob. We could no longer afford our home, and were going into foreclosure. Jacob worked with us for several months and helped us do a short sale on our home. Before meeting with Jacob we had no idea what a short sale was. We thought foreclosure was our only way out. The last thing we wanted to do was skip out on a debt we knew we owed, but we had no other option. With Jacob's deticated help and skilled negotiating a short sale offer was approved on our home. It has been over two years since we sold our home and we feel blessed to have come into contact with Jacob. We are not having to deal with bad credit, outstanding debt, and credit collection calls. I just financed my vehicle at a local credit union, which would have been impossible with a foreclosure lingering over me.
