We were buyers from northern Utah. Chad gave us numerous possible potential properties to consider based on one we had seen online. When we had narrowed our search he arranged for us to tour our possibilities, including the property he found for us which we purchased. This was most timely since we had limited time when we could travel away from our home and job in Utah. He did this several times for us and did much research and information retrieval on this rural ranch property quite a few miles northeast of Lake Havasu City. He helped and directed us with obtaining homeowners insurance, working with the title company, and numerous other details with which we were unfamiliar as non-residents. He assisted us by helping arrange and attend the well, septic, and home inspection in our behalf. He even helped us out with the Homes for Heroes discount on closing costs.
