Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Arvada, CO.
My husband and I are both very anti-social people and as such had difficulty finding a real estate agent that didn't make us feel uncomfortable or misrepresented. The first time we met Natalie she had us both write down qualities of our ideal home. Then she had us each narrow down our respective lists to five things we would like to have in a home. She called a house that had three or four of those things a "cream puff". Natalie never showed us anything that wasn't a cream puff unless we specifically requested to see it. I really appreciated how much she paid attention to what we were looking for in a home. Natalie never pushed us into anything and respected our quiet personalities (she let us set the amount of communication). She was also super helpful to us, since we were both first-time home buyers. She also never showed us any house that was above the price cap that we had initially set with her, unless we specifically asked her to. This was very important to my husband and I, because we had been previously shown houses only houses that were above our price cap by another real estate agent. Natalie was also super flexible with showing times. I was in the middle of a semester at college and my husband was constantly busy with a big project at work, so we had very little time to go look at houses. Natalie worked with us to make sure we saw the houses we wanted to see and was available pretty much whenever we asked. While I felt bad keeping her out so late and on such short notice, it was awesome of her to be so flexible with us! I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking to buy a new home. She was super easy to talk to and really seemed to understand what we were looking for in a home (despite our awkward communication skills!).
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Broomfield, CO.
My husband and I were very pleased with Natalie. She helped us find our first home and did an excellent job from start to finish. She showed us properties in our price range - never above, within the location we wanted, and with criteria that we sought. I was pleased with her communication throughout the process even when we had trouble communicating with other people (ie the lender and insurance agent). She's so easy to contact even when it's 10:30 at night and you're worried about some detail, just shoot her a text and she's quick to respond. When Natalie didn't know an answer to our question, she would find it quickly from others in her agency. She was very helpful in keeping us informed throughout the process and I always felt she was honest and forthcoming about what we could expect. I would recommend working with her to anyone seeking an agent in the area.Edit

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Denver, CO.
I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to guide us through the process of buying our first home. I had heard a lot of horror stories from friends taken advantage by their realtors, but Natalie went above and beyond constantly for us throughout the process and made sure we had all of the information we needed and saw as many homes as we wanted to see. Not only that, but she treated us like human beings, and helped us consider what home would be right for our needs as a family. Even several months after we purchased our home, she is still a go-to for us and has helped us navigate situations we aren't familiar with as first-time buyers. Needless to say, I highly recommend her!

We used Hayley Sykes to sell our home and I am confident that we got the best price for our house following Hayley's expert advice. She is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Her attention to detail throughout the process was an asset and additionally she hired a great stager and photographer to help our house show its best. We moved out of state but if we move back to Colorado we will definitely be using Hayley's services again.
Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Lafayette, CO.
This past spring, with real estate in the Boulder area hoping, I jumped in. I contacted Hayley on the recommendation of a neighbor who had worked with her. This was only the second time I'd purchased property and I needed a person I could trust and whose expertise I could be confident in. Hayley turned out to be both. She was highly responsive, listened to and retained all my ideas about the prospective venture, was very informative about the process and my options, and in every way acted as my advocate. I succeeded in purchasing the property I was looking for and feel, in this competitive market, I could have easily lost it if I hadn't had such a competent realtor.
I couldn't have asked for better!
Sold a Condo home in 2007 for approximately $325K in Lakewood, CO.
We were referred to Hayley by a friend, and could not be happier with her services. She got to know us, got to know our needs, and showed us homes that met those needs. Even long after our move, she stays in touch with us and takes an active interest in helping us think about what we want in our next home. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute delight to be around. Highest recommendation possible!
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Superior, CO.
Our experience with Hayley was fantastic! We were purchasing a home on our move from California to Colorado. She always followed though with phone calls, appointments and worked diligently to help us find the right home. She provided us with pertinent, honest information about the different areas, schools and communities. This market was tuff and she knew how to manage the craziness with ease! ;) She was a joy to work with and I will ALWAYS refer Hayley to anyone buying or selling a home!
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Highline Villages, Aurora, CO.
We have bought and sold multiple properties with Hayley in the past 10 years. Hayley is amazing! She is a masterful negotiator, who helped us navigate a red hot, rapidly changing market last spring. She really understands the market and is able to adjust her strategy given our circumstances and the challenges of low inventory. Hayley's communication is excellent, she is well organized and on the ball!
What makes Hayley stand out however, is not just her professionalism and expertise, it is her people skills and mission driven approach. Buying and selling can be stressful. Hayley is kind and supportive throughout the process. Hayley is to committed to helping you find a home with a capital "H". Hayley uses all her considerable skills to accomplish her mission with integrity! I would not use anyone else!
