Showed home in 2012 in Ninemile Corner, Lafayette, CO 80026.
I found Hayley on Zillow. She responded to my inquiry about a house that wasn't even on the market. She offered to take me out to coffee and explain the process since I was looking a houses for the first time. I just bought a foreclosure and am very happy with it. I would highly recommend Haley because she is good at simplifying the complicated process and she gives her honest opinion.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Boulder, CO.
Easy to work with and in frequent contact. She got our home sold fast with her marketing plan. Felt like she was genuinely interested in helping us.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Louisville, CO.
I have bought and sold 3 houses now, and have been extremely impressed by Hayley's attention to detail, quick response time, personalized service, and professionalism and negotiation help. I've had other realtors who do NOT even compare to Hayley. I've also had many friends who had recent bad experiences, deals falling through, etc, and I was so thankful to have such a pro handling my deal. There are always things which come up in a deal, but Hayley kept me updated every step of the way, worked tirelessly to make things work out for me, and always knew how to approach things. I am so incredibly grateful for all that Hayley did to help me in buying/selling my houses, and will ONLY use her as my realtor in the future! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to have a wonderful realtor! :)

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $300K in Lafayette, CO.
I've used Hayley for both my first and second home purchases. The second home search was not as easy as the first. After taking into consideration my needs and my wants and price range there weren't that many houses that I really fell in love with. I never felt pressured to purchase a home I wasn't sure about. After a few weeks of Hayley being my constant eyes and ears for new properties coming on the market she finally found one that had only been on the market for a few minutes and called me and said "I think you'll really like this one, I think this may be it". Once I saw I knew she was right and I wrote on the property immediately. I never felt pressured to do anything I was unsure of at any point during the transaction. When issues arose on inspection she gave me her honest opinion and recommendations. I would without hesitation recommend Hayley to my friends and family and know that they were in good hands.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Lafayette, CO.
I first made contact with Hayley while still living in Phoenix. Through email she inquired about my desired features and location. When I came to visit my daughter in Lafayette she had multiple houses that fit my price and criteria. Her friendly personality made me feel comfortable immediately. For several days we looked at houses. She was honest and very well informed about the market. When I decided on a house she helped me figure out how to proceed and when to move. Since I moved in to our new home, Hayley has continued to be a friend by recommending various services etc.
