Bought a home in 2010.
Henry has extensive real estate experience, and most importantly he loves what he is doing. He is honest, accountable, reasonable, resourceful, attention to detail. He is a good listener and was able to find a house that met our needs.He works long hours to assist in finding the home of your desire. He is patient and doesn't give up. He continues to offer us help even after closing on renovation and neighborhood know how. Listed, but didn't sell my Cooperative home in 2012 in Yonkers, NY.
I will copy and paste my google review here (hopefully to save you from going with this company)
This place is a joke. Henry has screwed up my sale (if it ever existed) through the most incredible display of incompetence, so hard to believe it is even true. A 60 day process has dragged on for over 6 months. There is no evidence that he ever submitted paperwork he claims to have submitted regarding the sale. He claims to have proof, but cannot be bothered to send me a fax or scan of it. I left about 75 messages over 6 months with him and he has replied maybe 3 times with no specifics on my account. During those times, he says he will call back the next day and never does. He has put me in a very difficult situation, yet continues to lie and pull the same tricks and obviously cares very little. I went with this company to go local over the big guys and that was a HUGE mistake. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Yonkers, NY.
I have been working with brokers but none of the really knew what i was looking for on day i was at a party and met henry and I told him what I was looking for and behold the 2nd day we went out for viewing I was amazed at how he was able to read us as to what we wanted we make an offer and we thought that it was too low but Henry said that he would take care of the rest that nit we got a call that our offer was accepted thank you henry djonbalaj…More Less
