Heather was great at helping me buy my first home. After we had to cancel our first attempted purchase she still worked with us. She was able to negotiate many things in a market that doesn't allow for much of that, she took care of everything she possible could so that I didn't have to ignore my day job to get this done, when we were looking into if we could qualify for the BMR program she didn't take it personally or try to talk us out of it. When we were about to close she was still making sure the owner had done work he had promised to do.<br/><br/>She really had my back thought the entire process.

Heather sold my condo in San Jose this summer. I was living a thousand miles away. Heather acted as my local eyes and ears. She dealt with problems as they arose, including a pest invasion and an uncooperative management company. Without her, I never would have gotten the price that I received for my place. Her negotiation skills came in handy.

Selling my mother's condo was not an easy task as the location as well as the condition of her home was very challenging. Heather's expertise began with keen recommendations on how to get the condo ready for sale within our budget. The upgrades she recommended we make before listing the house resulted in an optimal price and sale. Her vast network of professionals ensured the most cost efficient results.
Heather always goes above and beyond to get the job done. She asks the right questions to make sure she understands her clients needs and follows through immediately. She returns messages in a timely manner, usually within an hour or two. She is also a great communicator. Whenever I had a question she explained it in a manner that I could easily understand. I really valued this when signing the vast amount of paperwork that goes along with selling a house.
In addition, even after the sale of the condo, Heather still responded to my calls or requests for help. She made sure I was receiving the mail and even picked it up and delivered it to me. In addition, when preparing the 2013 tax return I needed the final HUD documents. I knew the papers were in my house somewhere, but rather than spending time looking for them I left a message for Heather to see if she could email me the documents. I had what I needed within an hour.

Heather was our selling . It was our first time selling a home. we benefited from her ideas around the most cost efficient approaches to getting the house prepared for sale. Additionally she had a plethora of local, fairly priced connections for inspections, repairs and everything needed to prepare the home for sale. She fully ran the coordination and scheduling of all services done by vendors in a very effective manner, keeping us updated on all relevant issues. Heather provided a concrete pricing strategy, with relevant supporting data and multiple options for us to decide our preferred approach to listing our home. Heather was able to manage multiple offers and effectively negotiate an arrangement that we were very pleased with. She is also up to speed on the latest technology to go through much of the selling and escrow process in a "virtual" manner (this was important to us as we were often traveling and not available to meet in person). Heather's professionalism and ability to quickly build relationships and work with others are great strengths. She is incredibly knowledgeable and does everything in the best interest of her clients.
