Mr Martinez helped me when I first moved to Visalia in 2005 and drove me all over Visalia and Tulare looking at homes. His knowledge of the neighborhoods included if they were on city sewer or septic systems and where the pockets of county lands were. He had networked with the building companies and would be one of the first to know when a house became available.
