Is there a time frame for approval in the document? You can rescind but the seller will have to sign a release for you get your deposit back.

How do I remove my house from for sale status and the associated description

Try to click on a gray flag if there is one. Zillow feeds from MLS but it can take time to catch up. How long ago was the purchase? I wouldn't worry about it as the listing agent will tell anyone who calls that it is sold. You can claim the home and remove the photos but Not sure if you can remove the description, most of that is public record. Good Luck!

How do you get a previous owner's agent to stop using your home as an advertisement and posting pics

You can also click on the gray flag to tag the content and zillow will look into it. I agree call the agent and the broker/owner of the office if it continues.
