Try to click on a gray flag if there is one. Zillow feeds from MLS but it can take time to catch up. How long ago was the purchase? I wouldn't worry about it as the listing agent will tell anyone who calls that it is sold. You can claim the home and remove the photos but Not sure if you can remove the description, most of that is public record. Good Luck!
