Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Cary, NC.
I've been using Dolly for 6 years now and she is incredible. She listens and understands exactly what her clients want, then follows through to make it happen. I'm especially impressed and thankful for her knowledge of home construction, local trends, and the overall business of real estate in the area. She's a real gem and I'm happy to support and use her again if need be in the future!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Cary, NC.
We absolutely loved working with Dolly! She was very knowledgeable, responsive and had a great ability to mediate b/t what we wanted and what was best for our situation. She recommended our current neighborhood that we had not considered and we love it! We just can't say enough good things about Dolly!! When you choose her you will not be disappointed.

Dolly is great especially if you are not familiar with the area like myself. She basically knew what I wanted before I did and has quite a few techniques to get you to understand what you actually want and need. Everything went very smoothly!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $575K in Apex, NC.
Dolly was wonderful to work with! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the area, she was incredibly attentive and worked with us to find the perfect house to meet all of our many needs. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle area. We can't say enough about how professional she was during our experience. We will definitely use Dolly again to buy our next house.

Bought a home in 2011.
Dolly helped us purchase our first home in the summer of 2011. As nervous, mostly clueless first-time buyers, we had TONS of questions, misconceptions, and uncertainty. But, Dolly patiently guided us through every step of the process, from figuring out what was and should be important to us to showing us many great options in neighborhoods we'd never even considered to putting us in touch with trustworthy and professional inspectors, mortgage brokers, and legal assistance. After closing, we couldn't believe how smoothly the entire process had been.
Dolly has a tremendous knowledge of the area that we were interested in (Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina). She showed us a range of great houses in each area and helped us to weigh the trade-offs between size/features, commute times, proximity to shopping and entertainment, and price. Dolly's warm, gracious disposition put us at ease and made us feel comfortable even when we were asking the same question over and over again. She educated us about so many thinigs relevant to buying a home that we had not considered and probably wouldn't even have noticed. Dolly was always available and super hands-on throughout; she even met me one rainy morning to crawl under a house to check for drainage issues.
From the start, Dolly felt like an old friend, and now, we are fully confident that we bought the right house with the right team. We would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Cary, NC.
Between myself and my partner, this is the *4th* house we have bought with Dolly as our life needs have changed. House buying is overwhelming, and we were indecisive about what we wanted--we just wanted a house. We were able to send her a whole list of 'possible' houses that she then filtered, throw some out, and add to the pile to build a portfolio of about a dozen places that were well-suited to our needs. She knew what we needed better than we did. We toured them all in 1 day and found really the perfect place for us. We had very particular legal issues that she walked us through expertly.
She is extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about exactly what matters, and what doesn't... what to get concerned with, and what is no big deal. And her memory for details is unbelievable. Just go to Dolly. Don't waste time elsewhere. Seriously.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $200K in Fuquay Varina, NC.
I've used Dolly and her team for both of my home purchases. I was so scared during the first one, that I continued to say the same things over and over again. Dolly took me around and showed me all the options in my price range and desires, and then took me around again.
My second experience was much like my first, where dolly did everything she possibly could to put me into the right home, at the right time. I'm in her debt.
