Helen worked very hard to help us find the home of our dreams. She immediately understood what we were looking for and helped us to narrow our search to the areas and homes that fit our needs and desires.

We are the first time home buyers and it has been over a year now since we made our purchase. Helen was instrumental in getting us what we were looking for. My sincere advice to people out there... know as much as you can...read a book or two, do your homework as much as possible and then arm yourself with a good agent like Helen. Best quality about Helen is that she listens and remembers. She will ask you questions you never thought of. She was punctual and always responded to our messages and emails promptly. Yes there were some hiccups but it was not her fault and she went above and beyond to rectify the minor problems we faced. She introduced us to a wonderful mortgage broker which also was a good experience. Even after 6 months of our closing, I had a couple of questions about our property taxes. She approached her contacts and got the answers for me on which she was not going to make a single cent! I will certainly recommend Helen to my friends.
