As a daily exercise, Lee makes it his business to understand the ever-changing marketplace, to be continually previewing new properties on the market and to make sure he has the knowledge of the new and ongoing real estate developments.

Over the past 3 years as his business has developed, Lee’s fields of expertise have evolved to include real estate investment in commercial properties, multi-family units and rental properties. In addition to his own personal experience with investment properties, Lee’s comprehensive understanding of the IRC 1031 tax deferred exchange process provides his customers with valuable tools for real estate planning.

Community Involvement
Making time to volunteer in the local community is a priority for Lee. Currently he is serving on the Board for the Corvallis Benton Chamber Coalition, is active in the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis and is a past board member of the Benton Furniture Share.

Family
Lee moved to Corvallis with his wife Michelle, a local pediatrician and home school teacher of their two children Morgan, nine, and Jacob, five. In their free time they enjoy biking, hiking, trips to the coast, working in their yard and being involved in community events.
