I've worked part time in real estate for the first 7 years of the nine years when I converted to real estate full time 2 years ago. During the part time years I represented buyers only. Prior and during that time for 24 years working as a Delivery Driver for UPS, primarily in Hamblen, Jefferson, and Cocke Counties but some in Grainger, Hawkins, and Greene Counties.

Before getting my license I remodeled houses that I bought (before it became popular), I stopped after I got my real estate license. In the past I worked in various construction companies, Masonry, Carpentry, and Electrical. I grew up on a large farm and today I work on my own small farm with a cows, sheep, goats, llamas and other animals, plus produce I grow. I do BPO's, and Fair Market Values for some banking companies and lawyers.

I am a member of the Lakeway Area Association of Realtors, Knox Area Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

I collect and restore old cars and ride my bike when weather and time permits. I still do more buyer's agent that seller's agent, so sales don't show up, they show on the listing agent's credits. Not all of my listings are on Zillow, for the bulk of them visit our companie's website.
