Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Cedar Park, Philadelphia, PA.
Holly is one of the most professional realtor I've ever known. She is experienced and has abundant of marketing and local Philadelphia market knowledge. Her team are efficient and responsible as well. With her service, we sold our property within 40 days after on market, which was excellent compared to the local average.
Strongly recommend to use them as selling agent!!!

Bought a home in 2012.
After interviewing several local real estate agents, I chose to go with Holly Mack-Ward & Co for two reasons. The first was the team's professional style: organized and detail-oriented, but welcoming and personable. Admittedly this goes for most real estate offices. The second and more important reason was my impression of the knowledge they brought to the table.
Most other agents have lots of market knowledge, but what tipped the balance for me was what Jake Simonic, the agent I was to work with, could provide beyond this. Basically he is a former builder himself (and remains a part-time builder), and so has knowledge of the actual construction of the homes. I believed he could bring to my attention lots of things I wouldn't think of myself, as I have never owned (let alone built) a home.
I wasn't disappointed; that's just what happened. Jake had knowledge not just of the market but of houses as physical beings. He personally knew many of the builders around the central areas of Philadelphia that I was interested in, and he could praise or criticize their work. I also found him to be honest, and didn't get the sense he was just trying to get me into the house with the highest price---an experience several of my friends had with their agents.
Lastly it was during the harried closing process that Holly's team really came through. My bank's delays, lack of disclosure, multiple points of contact, and other forms of run-around were exasperating, and sometimes just pitiful (al despite my 800 FICO score and 20% down payment---you'd think they'd be working to keep my business). I, a financial civilian, didn't know how to apply the pressure needed to make them meet their obligations. Here the back-end support from Holly's team was invaluable, to the point that I don't know how I would have gotten through the process without it. Again Robin, thank you.
So altogether I had a great experience with Holly and her team; I was pleased beyond my expectations, and now I'm living happily in my first home.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Cedar Park, Philadelphia, PA.
We bought our home through Holly and when we decided to move over-seas she helped us sell it. We sold it while over-seas which went fairly smooth but wish we had asked more specific questions about using a POA before we left because we had some problems with ours. She listed our house accurately and it sold pretty quick for almost the asking price. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful and we've recommended her to friends who are buying houses and now friends who are about to sell their house.

Sold a home in 2012.
Delightful experience selling my condo with Holly and Robin: honest and meaningful communication, well designed and thought through listing, great description and pictures of the property highlighting its best selling features and well targeted marketing. I had two offers within a week. Robin took great care of preparing documents for the settlement, always on time and detail oriented. This was really a seamless transaction. Thank you.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Girard Estates, Philadelphia, PA.
The Holly Mack-Ward team are fantastic! Jen asked all the right questions and knew from the beginning exactly what I was looking for. I am a first time home buyer and was very overwhelmed with everything. Jen and Robin were great at breaking everything down step by step. Made the process flow very well and seamlessly. I was comfortable with everything step of the process because I knew I was in good hands. They made the whole experience stress free and exciting. I can't recommend the Holly Mack-Ward team enough! We could not have imagined having a better team on our side than Holly Mack-Ward & Co. as a first time home buyer. The team put us at ease from the day we walked into the office. There was never a time when we felt "alone" in the process. We are so happy with the expertise of Holly Mack-Ward and would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Schuylkill Southwest, Philadelphia, PA.
We purchased a property in SWCC/Graduate Hospital/South Of South neighborhood or whatever it is currently called. It took us sometime to find the type of property we were looking for and because of the patience of Holly, Jennifer, and Robin, we were able to find what we were in search of. Although a home search is usually stressful process, Holy and her team made it enjoyable as they took the time to understand what we wanted to purchase and help find those homes that met our criteria. It was also extremely helpful that they were always able to keep things relaxed with their friendly personalities and great senses of humor. Most important is that during our search it always felt as if we were looking at properties with a friend rather than someone trying to push us along. Thanks again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Germantown, Philadelphia, PA.
The team at Holly Mack-Ward & Co. is professional, experienced and truly committed to positive outcomes for their clients. Our search for a home began last fall and ended mid-summer with a truly wonderful place.
I was especially impressed at closing, where some unexpected complications arose. Due to the organization and preparedness on our side of the table (thanks to Holly, Robin, Jen and Kelly), all was resolved and we were able to navigate with confidence.
Their care, patience, and focus is both intuitive (they really make an effort to get to know you/your intentions and negotiables) and informed (they really know the market, their industry and the city grid itself).
Holly Mack-Ward & Co. is a breath of fresh air, and I highly recommend working with them.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Cobbs Creek, Philadelphia, PA.
I worked with Holly Mack-Ward on the recommendation of a friend, and was very happy I did. I had a very small budget for a fixer-uper in west Philly, and I looked at a number of less-then desirable houses in less then desirable areas, never-the less Jennifer Golden was always happy to drag me to over 20 properties! In the end I purchased a property that Holly listed herself.
The team was always professional, and always responsive to my insistent questions and inquires. The team made it clear that finding the right property in my price range was their top priority. Jennifer went the extra mile in helping me understand the mortgage options that were available, and in making sure I understood what was happening during the entire process. Robin was great in making sure my paper work was in order, and that my quick closing happened on schedule. This team will be my first call when I am ready to sell this property, and I will be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Golden and Robin Mack-Ward during the process of purchasing my home. I have dealt with real estate agents in the past who were clearly focused on their commission check, but I never once had that experience with the Holly Mack-Ward group. It was clear from the beginning that finding the home that was right for me was top priority, and that was not an easy task. Even after dragging Jennifer to countless homes, some in neighborhoods I would not walk through after dark, she was always ready for my next list with great enthusiasm.
Jennifer and Robin were always professional, informative, quick to respond to my inquiries, and most importantly, organized. There are so many dates and deadlines to remember when buying a home. Robin had set up email reminders and check-ins that kept me up to date on the progress of negotiations and contracts. It was extremely helpful to have one place to log on and see the detailed list that showed both what was left to do and what was completed.
