Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Lincoln, CA.
It was a pleasure to work with a professional like Noel Crider.
Noel was very knowledgeable of all aspects when assisting me in buying my recent property. She was especially good with the short sale and financing aspects of the transaction. She made the deal flow very smoothly from my prospective. I would heartily recommend Noel for assisting you with any real estate transaction.

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I recently bought a house with Noel Crider being our realtor. We have bought and sold 5 other houses in our lives, and even though this was a short-sale, the entire process went perfectly from start to finish. Noel was responsive and knowledgeble, giving us her time and expertise. She showed us houses within our budget and even gave us a referral to a mortgage company that we ended up using.The house we bought had had another offer accepted on it when we began looking, but Noel remembered that it was a house we really liked. When the offer went bad, she immediately called us and arranged a showing that very day! I call that great customer service--she made the house we wanted a reality for us after we thought it was off the list! We would highly recommend Noel for a realtor--she's the best!

We were so pleased with Noel. having her as our realtor made the entire process anxiety-free. Noel kept us always informed, therefore there were no surprises. She always had our best interest in view and truly worked for us. The short-sale experience was new to us and could have been frightening. By educating us through the process and reminding us of the light at the end of the tunnel our experience was smooth and without worry. Wow! Noel was the perfect fit for us. She knew what we wanted and walked us through a sensitive transaction. She is so professional; always following up on each step of the purchase and returned all our calls in a timely manner.
Her knowledge of the area and the market were key in us purchasing our property at such an incredible price. I highly recommend her.

Noel conducts her business very professionally but with a personal touch. She listens and understands your wants and desires. She will share her immense experience and knowledge with the best way to proceed on your real estate transaction. Our experience with Noel Crider in Short Selling our home was painless even though it was under difficult circumstances in this tough economic environment. Her talent as a Realtor and a Short Sale Specialist really stood out in our eyes from other Realtors in three important ways, 1) The knowledge, ability and persistence to consistently troubleshoot issues with lenders, 2) Always quickly responsive to our inquiries and keeping us in the loop with any changing issues in the Short Sale process and, 3) Working with us step-by-step all the way through the Close of Escrow.
We would highly recommend her services to anyone facing the difficult and serious circumstances of Foreclosure and looking to Short Sale their home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in North Oak Park, Sacramento, CA.
I can't say enough about Noel's professionalism. She handled everything with competence and a firm but gentle touch. Noel consistently followed through with her responsibilities and always kept in communication. Perhaps the reason I felt most comfortable working with her was the way she kept everyone else on task from the seller's agent, lender, title company, all the way to the inspectors. She showed me as many homes as I wanted or needed to make sure I was purchasing the home that was right for me. You spend a lot of time with your real estate agent, and Noel has the perfect blend of humor and caring, but at the same time she is always on the job for you.

I could never say enough about my experiences with Noel Crider. She has worked with myself and my family on multiple transactions. There is no way I would ever work with any other agent as long as Noel is here in my area. Her customer service is first and foremost on my favorite list. She truly listens to her clients, she is always available when I need her. To say she goes above and beyond is almost an understatement. Next on my favorite list is her dedication to her career. She is consistantly honing her skills through training and staying current on market trends. Noel is a true professional is every sense. I have been completely thrilled with my experience every single time.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Auburn, CA.
We used Noel to buy a house in Auburn in January 2011. We had bought 10 acres and where planning on building, but with the housing market going down, found it was cheaper to buy. Noel looked at what we had and listened to what we wanted. She gave us HONEST advice and opinions on various houses we looked at. Noel was always available to us either in person, cell, or through email. Once we found the right home, Noel stayed on top of the whole process through closing.
