    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $775K in Newburyport, MA.
    This is the only woman to use when you are looking for a house--she is so wonderful to have you "your side," as she gets to know you as a family and then is able to look at the houses with your needs in mind. She is a tough and reasonable negotiator, making suggestions that fit perfectly with the sellers mind-set. She is always available, very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and she is just awesome to be around. Holly is the kind of realtor that you want to go out to dinner with after you look at houses; she really cares about her clients, and she is so incredible savvy.
