Susan was such an amazing advocate for us throughout the entire home buying process! Not only was it our first home, but I was also living in another state, which made our situation extra difficult. But Susan was so helpful, always ready to help, and accommodated our hectic schedules. I truly felt she had our best interest at heart. Buying a home can feel like a giant roller coaster ride, but Susan held our hands the entire ride! She ended up finding the perfect house for us in an awesome location and in our budget and we could not have done it without Susan! I recommend her 100%! If you want a tenacious, organized and extremely helpful agent then Susan is the right one for you!

The highest praise I can give for Susan is to say that, of the 5 properties we've sold over the past 20 years, she Is the first agent we've worked with who has truly earned her commission! In fact, her superior customer service exceeded our expectations every step of the way during our recent home sale. First, she helped us decide whether to sell the home "as is" or make improvements to net a higher profit. We opted for the latter. She then suggested updates buyers in our area are looking for and recommended contractors who could help us get the home ready for sale asap. Next, she helped us determine fair market value and the best time to put the house on the market. Through her industry network, she advertised and held an open house. Within days, we were "under contract." Susan oversaw every detail of the contract phase to ensure a smooth closing -- from waiting hours to meet the appraiser, to helping us address inspection issues, to confirming every last document was in place. Her quick response to any question always set our minds at ease. Finally, Susan worked tirelessly to help us find a perfect rental home while we figure out our next steps. I know she'll be a great help to us again when we're ready to purchase our next property. Susan listened to all the things we wanted in a new home and helped us find the perfect house for our family (at a great deal!)! With the market being challenging, we could not find a buyer for our current house and we did not want to lose money, but we really wanted to move into a home with more space and yard. Susan helped us rent our previous home above market value for a year. We are happy to be in a new space that is wonderful and we plan to rent our old house until the market improves and then sell it to hopefully make a profit. We are thrilled with how it all worked out and Susan really made it happen.

Susan helped us buy the home of our dreams and without her it never would have happend! We had been looking for a home for a few years and had our eyes on the area we wanted to be in. We needed a local agent who new the area. Susan spent months with us looking at multiple properties, but we had one that was our favorite. When the home finally came on the market Susan was the first one on the scene and had our offer in first! This was by no means the end of the process, as for the next 4 months she worked dilegently fighting off other agents and dealing with seller complications. Wow what a fighter she is!! Susan has created a process and system that is effortless, uncomplicated and at times absolutely entertaining. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home and wants the experience of being treated as if they were the most important client in the world.

I gave Susan an impossible task! Sell my condo in a down market. Most agents I interviewed were willing to take the listing but displayed no enthusiasm. Once I met Susan, I knew I picked a winner. Not only did she tour me through the competition but took the time to get to know me and understand the reason why I was selling. Together we arrived at a competitive price and she sold the condo within months. We will turn to her in the future for our primary home listing/sale and hopefully she will help us find a new vacation home soon!
