Bill advised us on the necessary items to fix/address before listing our house for sale and once it was listed we had an offer in hand within a month. Bill and his staff made sure that everything went smoothly all the way through closing.
While selling our old home Bill helped us find our new home. We found a short sale listing that we loved. Fortunately for us one of Bill's areas of expertise is with short sales and he guided us through the process. Bill told us what we thought we could get the house for and in the end he was right on target. Once again Bill and his staff were there right through to the closing to ensure that everything went smoothly.
Through our months of working with Bill we were always very pleased with our decision to work with him. His knowledge of the the area, the current state of the market, of short sales and his connections (contractors, home inspectors, etc) made our sale and subsequent purchase as smooth as could be.
