    Sold a home in 2010.
    Anita represented us for a family sale of my father's house and was wonderful to work with. She was diligent and thorough and we felt she was really looking out for our best interest, not just trying to close a sale. I would highly recommend using her for your transaction.

    Anita is very personable and knowledgeable. She cares about her customers and will help them regardless if it benefits her. She is always available to her clients and responds to their phone calls immediately. Anita is honest and direct, which is a breath of fresh air, especially during the critical process of real estate.

    I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the area, real estate laws, and how best to negotiate with the other party. I gave her the specifics of what I was looking for in a home, and she actually listened. I was shown real estate that matched my wish list.     Bought a home in 2010.
    I started looking for property while working overseas. Anita was willing to work with me even though we had never met in person. The service that she provided was over and above what I could have expected. After a few phone calls, emails and videos, I felt comfortable giving Anita a Power of Attorney to sign on my behalf. Anita found me the right property and Thirty-seven days later we closed on a home in Jacksonville Florida. This all took place while I had been traveling through three different countries overseas during two holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas).
