If you login to your Zillow account and go to Profile --> Manage Payments --> Advertisements you can delete the packages that you don't want and sign up for the new areas that you do want.
It never hurts to ask for a lower price. I general recommend that negotations be completed before the option period expires. It gives the buyer more leverage. Furthermore, what is the worse thing the seller can say... No? They may say "No', however, that doesn't mean you loose the contract. If you are still within your option period, you may way out their response and review your numbers to see if it is worth moving forward.Also, keep in mind that if the house appraises for more than the offer... that can sometimes offset the purchase price to make up for addional funds
Due to a violation of our contract, we have released our agent, Fred Loden ( from Partners in Real Estate ) from selling our house. However, he has expressed his typical tantrum and refuses to remove our listing from zillow. Since we own the house, can we not request it be removed as false advertisement?
